How Your Information is Used and Shared

We use this data to categorize our membership, personalize our communications, and manage association activities. To facilitate this:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We utilize Mailchimp (a marketing automation platform) to store our contact database and send newsletters. By submitting a form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Automated Segmentation: We use the information provided to automatically assign you to specific “Groups” or “Tags” within our email system to ensure you only receive communications relevant to your professional role or expressed interests.
  • No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside marketers.

Form submissions may also be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
